Memzo Copilot is an AI-powered platform designed to help individuals and professionals enhance CVs and cover letters, tailor CVs to job descriptions (CV ↔ JD Tailoring), and analyse job matches. Memzo Copilot is a subscription-based service operated by Memzo Solutions Ltd. The platform uses proprietary artificial intelligence technology to process and optimise user-submitted content.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Memzo Copilot. By using the platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact us immediately at admin@memzocopilot.com.

Subscription and Payment

Memzo Copilot operates on a monthly subscription basis, processed securely via Stripe. Subscription fees are displayed clearly before checkout and charged in GBP (£). Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically issue refunds. Refunds are not provided unless there is a verified critical technical fault preventing access to the service.

Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Memzo Copilot for personal or authorised business use, subject to your plan type.

Personal Plans (Starter, Essential, Premium)

Intended for individual use only. You may upload and process one personal CV under your account. Uploading or processing CVs belonging to other individuals is not permitted. Account sharing or using the platform to provide paid services to others is prohibited.

Career Coach (Pro) Plan

Designed for qualified career coaches, CV writers, or recruiters. Includes a commercial use licence allowing processing of client CVs for professional purposes. You may manage up to 150 CV ↔ JD tailorings per month. Account sharing beyond authorised users or automated bulk processing is not permitted.

System Monitoring and Fair Use

Memzo Copilot includes automated systems that monitor uploads and usage patterns to protect against abuse. If multiple CVs containing different personal identities are uploaded under a personal plan, the account may be flagged, suspended, or converted to a Pro plan at our discretion.

Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of Memzo Copilot
• Use the service to build or train competing AI systems
• Upload unlawful, discriminatory, or confidential third-party material without consent
• Circumvent usage limits or security features
• Share your login credentials with others

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, designs, and software are the intellectual property of Memzo Solutions Ltd or its licensors. You retain ownership of your uploaded CVs and related materials but grant Memzo a non-exclusive licence to process, store, and display them as necessary to provide the service.

Data Protection and Privacy

Memzo Solutions Ltd complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We only collect and process personal data necessary to operate and improve the platform. All user data is stored securely using Microsoft Azure services. For details on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Availability and Maintenance

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally perform maintenance or updates, which may temporarily affect availability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Memzo Copilot provides AI-generated suggestions and analyses. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes or interview results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: Memzo Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, income, or reputation. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding month.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard. Memzo Solutions Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in suspicious or unauthorised activity.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
